The nice elegant lady with the wide black frames glasses speaking several languages lead the whole morning/breakfast session most pleasantly preparing coffees, teas etc. and caring about the guests’ needs.

Amazing
Nothing actually always I choose this hotel when I’ve been in Bari. They are very good stuff and very good friendly and helpful. A nice breakfast. A nice location and the price is amazing also

This is a very nice budget hotel. I had booked a small single room and that is what I got. Very comfortable and everything worked. Breakfast was very good too. Staff were friendly and helpful
While the staff were friendly and helpful they were also a bit chaotic. Left luggage security was non-existent - just left behind the reception desk which was not always covered. I checked in an hour after the check in time and when I entered my room it had not been cleaned and the bed was not changed or made up. My room was ready within 15 minutes so not the end of the world but still odd! Also, the restaurant was not open on the day I arrived because it was a public holiday but there was no signage to tell guests. Management need to work on getting the place running better.
