Average, eclectic place, but good location.

Once I reached the host the instructions were clear. He was very nice and patient over the phone. He speaks English in case that is needed. The place is big enough for two, maybe for a couple with a kid. It is close to the centre ville, and there is a supermarket next door.

We haven't had any information prior to our arrival, how we would get access to the accomodation. At first, we were worried it was a scam - no reception desk, no sign of holiday accommodations, phone didn't work at first. Some prior communication would've been great to get an idea how it will work. I didn't like, that we had to clean the place before departure, especially because we weren't informed at booking.

I would not stay here again.

It took me an hour to get into the property. I struggled to get through on the phone from the Booking.com app as it added an extra zero to the number. i received a text with a code but that waqs not for the entrance door. when I finally got through the entrance door I did not know what room it was.

There was a dripping pipe outside the room, the corridor floor was wet. There was no electricity in the room. There was only one bed made up and no bedding for the second bed. When I found a pillow in a cupboard it was dirty.

'Magnifique'?????

Comfortable bed, quiet location.Good tv (only French stations)

1) Joining instructions are poor. We received no advance information so turned up at the address to find ourselves outside a residential block with access by code. I called the number given to ask for instructions and was then taken through how to get into the building and the appartment. Then over the phone was given instructionstions about using the appartment. In all over ten minutes on the phone and since I was calling from my mobile to a French number i was paying international rates. 2) Instructions on how to use e g the micro wave would be helpful. 3) Despite wifi being mentioned in the description it was not available. 4) Whilst there is a lot of cutlery and crockery finding matching items is a challenge. There were no wine glasses unless you count the four champagne glasses as such! 5) The table arrangement is odd. Two stools which are as high as the table itself are provided making use of the table to eat impractical.

Le faux feuillage en plastique sur le mur, Le réglage de la température de l’eau chaude à la cuisine trop chaude, Les finitions de la pose des carrelages et des revêtements muraux. Manque de lampes ( trop de lumière au plafond froide)

difficile à trouver dans les Rousses car derrière une ancienne meublerie et pas d'indication; configuration des studios dans l'immeuble un peu déroutant mais hôte joint par sms a su bien m'orienter. Pas 'explication pour le fonctionnement des diverses télécommandes.

Appartement glauque...

Rien en fait.

Appartement visiblement refait a la va vite. Aucun goût (traces de peinture, dalles mal collées au mur...). C'est annoncé comme "magnifique" 🤣🤣. Est ce une plaisanterie ? Pas d’antenne sur la TV. Douche bouchée. Vue sur parking et engins de chantier, mal aéré, odeur de moisi dans le couloir ! Pas a la hauteur des Rousses. Je ne vois pas comment on tient a 4 personnes la dedans.

Bon lit

Pas de 📺 télé alors qu'elle était prévue dans la présentation. Vers 22h ,coupure de courant uniquement dans notre appartement. Nous découvrons de nombreux branchement sous l'évier. Danger et pas de détecteur de fumée. Dans la salle de bain, évier Bouché et poubelle non vidée . Nous décidons de quitter l'appartement et demandons le remboursement de la 2ème nuit Réponse négative du propriétaire .Cependant il loue le soir même. Tout bénéfice pour lui

Logement agréable pour notre séjour d'une nuit.

Logement simple mais agréable et bien situé, proche du centre des Rousses. Les instructions reçues lors de notre arrivée pour récupérer les clés sont claires (la 1ère prise de contact en amont de notre venue a juste été un peu longue). Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Une télévision pourrait être un plus (mais nous savions qu'il n'y en avait pas).

Concerne réservation 1 nuit du 17/5 au 18/5 et non pas du 18/5 au 19 -Aucun contact. Aucun message. Aucun n° de téléphone . Aucun envoi de bulletin de confirmation réservation. Impossible de contacter booking.com. Prélèvement sur carte bancaire sans que nous ayons pu prendre possession de l'hébergement prévu. Obligé de trouver un autre hébergement. Exigeons le remboursement et l'exclusion de cette adresse des offres booking.

Excellente soirée/nuit passé dans ce logement

Studio très propre, très bon couchage Places de parking suffisantes, boulangerie à proximité et une Biocoop.

La remise des clefs où nous avons du attendre 40 mn avant de pouvoir avoir le propriétaire dont téléphone était coupé. Il serait souhaitable que que le propriétaire transmette la procédure avant l'arrivée au logement.

L'emplacement était parfait.

La VMC ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de télévision. Le détecteur incendie était enlevé. Le sèche serviette dans la salle de bain, ne fonctionnait pas.
