Apartments Poemia- sea view, Free Parking, complex Carpe Diem

Blisko morza i restauracji. Parking na miejscu.

Privelistea din balconul apartamentlui este superba. Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru a găti si pregăti masa. Am folosit mașina de spălat vase și rufe. Efectiv ne-am simțit ca acasă, doar ca aveam marea la un pas distanță. In apropiere sunt terase, restaurante si diferite magazine. Castelul Reginei Maria si Grădinile Castelului sunt superbe, merita vizitate.

Minunat! De la curățenie, locatie, view, la grija pentru detalii. Un apartament dotat cu aparat de cafea, mașină de spălat vase, mașină de spălat rufe. În dormitor 2 rânduri de perne, unele cu microfibre, altele cu spuma de memorie cu efect de răcire. Complexul Carpe Diem are curte cu parcare proprie, cu poartă de securitate și cu personal permanent care îți deschide sau închide poarta de acces pentru mașină. Piscina curată si cu vedere la mare. La parterul clădirii se află un restaurant, "Cuibul liniștit", unde se poate servi prânzul sau cina chiar pe promenadă, cu vedere la mare. Un sejur relaxant într-un apartament deosebit în boemul Balcic. Felicitări pentru administrare!!

The view from the balcony is very beautiful and calming. The location is in a quiet zone of Balchik so it is perfect for people who desire to stay in a calm place. The parking was free and secured. The owners are kind and responsive, I sincerely wish them the best of luck in taking care of the apartment and solving the issues that I listed below.

The building is new, but has some issues, the most important one being the moldy smell on the hallway. The bathroom was impossible to stay in because of the smell of mold and if the bathroom door remained open, the smell spread throughout the whole apartment. This is not an accommodation for allergic people or people with health issues. The bathroom has clearly some problems because there is water that infiltrates in the shower in the cracks between the tiles and most probably there is a lot of mold under the tiles. Also, the bathroom ventilation did not help at all in this case, most probably because the whole building is affected by this. Additionally, the windows are not installed properly and they open and close with great difficulty. The owner was nice enough to repair one of the windows very quickly because at some point it could not be closed any longer. The kitchen lacked some essentials, such as garbage bags. Lastly, there were other tourists in the complex that left their dog on the balcony to poop there and did not clean immediately after it, so we had to endure the moldy smell inside the apartment and the shitty smell on the balcony. Maybe some rules for guests with pets should be applied for next tourists not to go through the same experience as we did.
