Rose 8 Bled

Bled è un paesino molto bello. L'appartamento era pulito e ordinato (solo molto piccolo). I proprietari ci hanno accolto con la massima gentilezza dandoci le chiavi e spiegandoci ogni cosa e sono stati disponibili e cortesi anche durante il soggiorno. La casa è in una zona residenziale molto rilassante a 10 minuti a piedi dal lago (piacevolissima passeggiata).

La cucina era separata dalle due camere da letto e dal bagno ma comunque privata (avevamo solo noi le chiavi). Era molto piccola e mansardata e quindi un po' scomoda per me (sicuramente molto difficile per qualcuno più alto). Tuttavia aveva tutto il necessario ed era bene arredata. L'altro appartamento in mansarda invece avrebbe avuto la cucina dentro l'appartamento, quindi, solo un po' di sfortuna. Se non indicato, consiglio di chiedere prima..... proprietari gentilissimi!

Very good location, close to lake Bled, restaurants and bus station.

The location is perfect, everything is reachable on foot, quiet suburban area. Have free parking on premises, and great view of the nearby mountains. Bathroom goods are provided, the kitchen is well equipped, and have bikes available for touring around the city. Charming and helpful host. Good wifi. Nice shared library with board games, pick-up umbrellas if the weather demands it.

We were shocked for the first time when we find out that the rooms are opening from each other, and the bathroom is opening from the second bedroom. The kitchen is accessible from a shared corridor. This is listed in the very fine prints in the rare description, but it might highlighted more. It is really uncomfortable if two couples are planning to stay there. The shower is incredibly small, even for non-tall people. What's really bad is the beds, and not the textiles or the mattresses, thats the matter of taste (I like harder mattresses) but the frames are extremely noisy, creaked every time whenever you had a small movement, and wake up everyone (even in the other room) resulting in a restless sleeps. And that might affect your stay in this beautiful area. This can be fixed relative easily, and I really hope the host will do it, it will significantly can increase the value of this apartman.
