Very nice apartment close to the beach!

We liked the location, balcony, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable, clean rooms. Very nice apartment! Our host was very nice and friendly. I recommend this apartment for families too.

The shower could have a storage fitted on the wall for shampoo and shower gel.

Beautiful apartment with the nicest Host

The host and her daughter were both lovely and helpful. Upon arrival, I messaged our Host and in a minute she greeted me on the front steps on the apartment complex. We were a party of 8- renting two apartments, both of which were spotless and beautiful (our host had left beverages - water, coke, and even Rakija- in the fridge for us) and the kitchens was fully equipped as well. We were a 5 minute walk from the beach, whilst restaurants, shops, ice cream parlor were a couple of minutes from the Aparment as well. I would 100% recommend Apartments Nikic to all.

Superb

Place is new, apartment is very nice, clean, with AC. Suitable fo pair or family with two kids. The property owner was very very kind and helpful. There are shops, restaurants, pharmacy near by. There is a place where you can get great ice cream which is about 100m away.

Modern A/C apartment with spacious sea view balcony. Free parking in front of house. Quiet location, not far from beach, close to local market, bakery, restaurant. Kind host. Definitely can recommend.

the house is very central in Bibinje. very good located. completely new house. enough parking places. you can have apartments with sea or mountain view. the apartments are very cosy, modern and lovely designed. very good work! the bathroom is modern, clean! the best of the apartments is the Service!!! very kind and good people! definitely coming back with the whole family again! my favourite spot to stay in Bibinje! thank you for having us and made us a fantastic holiday! we looking forward to see you again! p.s. pictures from apartment are not necessary because the apartments are looking 100% like on the pictures the hosts have made.

Feels like home !

Brand new appartment in a recent building with all conforts and equipments. Efficient hosts to welcome and guide. Nice balcony with great view. Ideal choice to be close to Zadar and islands hopping.

Be prepare to improve your Croatian, no foreign language spoken ;-) but gestures help understand each other !

Apartament super, czyściutki, nowy, zadbany z wszystkimi potrzebnymi udogodnieniami. Blisko do plaży, kawiarni i promenady. W okolicy sklepy, pizzeria Roko z pyszna pizzą oraz kawiarnia z najlepszymi w okolicy lodami. Ale co najważniejsze super gospodarcze. Przekochana Pani właścicielka, uśmiechnięta, zawsze pomocna i życzliwa. Polecam z czystym sercem, aż żal wyjeżdżam. Na pewno wrócimy ❤️

Krásný výhled z apartmánu, pěšky do města je to kousek, ale pro starší osoby s bolavýma nohama to není. Je to do kopce.

Kuchyň mohla být lépe vybavena, chybělo prkénko na krájení, struhadlo a pár věcí.

Ulice oko apartmana raskopane,jer se radi vodovod.Sve je trebalo biti gotovo prije predsezone,ovako su nas dočekali bageri, kamioni, buka i prašina.
