PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The idyllic, located directly on the sea holiday home is located in the tranquil resort Bibinje, only about 8 km south of the beautiful North Dalmatian city of Zadar.
The house offers 2 studio apartments for 2 persons each, a larger one bedroom apartment for max. 4 persons as well as an even bigger and air-conditioned apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for max. 6 persons. Located directly on the sea, offers from the terraces of each rental units a great beach and sea views. Also a free internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available. For boat owners is directly in front of the house a pier available that can be used as a boat landing for boats up to 5 m in length. However, the boat mooring is not owned by the landlord himself. Therefore no guarantee for the availability can be given.

The old, on a small peninsula located center of Bibinje with restaurant, cafe and small church is just 5 minutes walk away. Here are also supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, etc. Directly in front of the house is a well-kept beach. The seabed is sandy here and is therefore suitable for children.

The house has a pretty Mediterranean garden with palm trees, lawn area and an outdoor shower. Here is also the outdoor grill, which may be used by the guests of the house. Figs and grapes grow in the lush garden. Guests of the house are free to use.

There is a free private car park for 5 cars. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. A free laundry for laundry is provided. Depending on the booking situation, arrivals and departures can also be made during the week. The apartments are available from April to October. The house is particularly suitable for families with children and retirees.

Very close to the house there is a local agency offering trips to national parks and cities, renting bicycles, holding Internet PCs, etc.)
