Super apartment in a great location.

We liked pretty much everything. Fabulous location, close to bars, cafes and shops. Super comfy bed and great terrace to the rear. Great walks from the doorstep. A memorable stay and Dirk the host was great.

The 300 euro security deposit rankled until Dirk explained the rationale behind it. Returned with a smile at check out.

Super cozy, attention to detail, beautiful location, wonderful host.

Everything was perfect and comfortable. Dirk has thought of everything you could need for your stay and the bed was especially great. We had problems with our train connection and arrived later than planned, but Dirk was so kind and accommodating about it and met us on our arrival with a bottle of prosecco in the fridge! Amazing stay and host!

This is more of a problem with booking.com's set up, but we did not know we needed to bring 300 euro security deposit until Dirk told us. It's a bit hidden on the conditions on booking.com, but it all worked out fine.

Very good

Modern and clean, well designed. Very good bed. Nice bathroom. We’ll equipped kitchen. Vicinity to the supermarket. Central location, La Roche is great for walks. Friendly welcome.

Automatic lighting in bathroom (very annoying at night). Extra cost for the towels. Building noise next door. Not an attractive part of the street. 300 euros cash deposit!

Your home away from home :)

Clean, all the facilities one needs, perfect location, ideal for a group of people, everything you want to do or see can be found in nearby surroundings and the host couldn’t have been better. He stayed up until late to receive us at the property and even left us some bubbles to enjoy the start of our holiday 😌

Since linen was included, we kind of expected towels to be included as well but this wasn’t the case. To be fair, it was our own fault since it’s not mentioned in the property information that towels are included but when looking for an all-in holiday home for a long weekend we felt like it would definitely be a big plus to have towels at the accommodation!

Tolle, supergemütliche Wohnung ! Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, sodass man alles Nötige zu Fuß besorgen kann. Jederzeit wieder !

séjour réussi tant au point de vue logement, proximité des magasins et restos, les sites à visiter..

Mon épouse et moi avons pleinement apprécié l'accueil de monsieur Dirk, des renseignements précis sur la résidence, la visite complète, la sympathie de ce monsieur également..... L'appartement moderne possède absolument toutes les nécessités d'un séjour relax.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung an sehr zentraler Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gleich nebenan. In der Nacht sehr ruhig. Bequemes Bett. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Nichts. Parkplatzsituation: kein eigener Parkplatz, aber abends hatte es immer freie (kostenlose) Parkplätze in der Nähe.

parking gratuit à plus de 800 métres on s'inquitte pour le véhicule peu d'habitation autour. dans la chambre deux petites chaises décorative serve de commode elle sont telement petite que la lampe de chevet tien à peine dessus.impossible de posé son GSM sans faire tombé la lampa de chevet. terasse planche mal fixée elle bouge quand on marche dessus.

Perfect appartement voor een heerlijk weekend in La Roche en Ardennen. Middenin het dorp, vlakbij alle leuke restaurants en cafés. Aanrader; restaurant Le Saint Michel!

Ontzettend fijn appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Midden in het centrum, zeer netjes met oog voor details. Geluiddicht. Een supermarkt tegenover en winkeltjes en horeca in de straat. Goed groot bed! Fijne keuken/woonkamer. Leuke attentie bij ontvangst. Badkamer goed uitgerust. Leuk mini terrasje met rotspartij als uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer. Er is echt nagedacht over dit appartement. Wat een fijn verblijf, wij voelden ons echt thuis! Dank Dirk!

Een paleisje in hartje Ardennnen, met veel luxe binnen en gezonde lucht buiten. Een echte aanrader !

Het appartement is een paradijs met alles erin wat jouw hartje begeert. Echt een heerlijke plek om te verblijven, midden in het centrum en toch heel rustig, en 's avonds na 7 uur geen leven op de straat meer. Ook lekker koel tijdens warme dagen, en met de supermarkt aan de overkant, kan het helemaal niet meer stuk. De host draagt je koffers naar boven, en zorgt voor een heel vriendelijk onthaal.

De buren zijn aan het verbouwen, en dat kan soms wat boorgeluiden geven, maar dat is niet storend. Verder zijn er in het geheel geen minpunten op te noemen. Het enige dat echt tegenviel was dat we weer weg moesten na een heerlijk weekje vakantie.

een ideaal en fijn appartement op een centrale plek in La Roche

Appartement heel zorgvuldig en netjes afgewerkt. Overal is aan gedacht, er is een buitenzitje, prima bed, heerlijke douche. En wat echt fijn is dat de Spar, met allerlei culinaire lekkere dingen aan de overkant ligt! Je kunt dus heel gemakkelijk je ontbijtje even halen, het ligt op kruipafstand! Er is van alles te beleven, mooie wandelingen gemaakt, ook Luxemburg ligt dichtbij.

Dirk kom persoonlijk de sleutels brengen en laat het appartement aan je zien. Dit betekent wel dat je binnen een bepaald tijdsbestek moet aankomen. En denk eraan eigen handdoeken mee te nemen. We misten in belangrijk ding, bierglazen!
