Het is een prachtig, ruim, nieuw appartement met alles erop en eraan.

Een mooi, zeer ruim, vrij nieuw appartement. Modern ingericht, zeer functioneel en compleet. Vijf minuten lopen naar de supermarkt en naar het centrum van La Roche, dus prima locatie. Er zit een lift in het gebouw, heel fijn als je op de derde verdieping moet zijn. Prettig contact met de verhuurder.
Als ik dan toch iets moet bedenken, de straat waar het appartementengebouw staat, ziet er niet heel vrolijk uit. Veel dichtgetimmerde gebouwen en aftandse panden.

Only downside there is a commercial warehouse opposite the apartment which makes a lot of noise early morning collecting the bins.

De ruime kamers, douche en 2 wc's. De ligging is perfect. De keuken is voorzien van alle keukenapparatuur. Ruime badkamer.
De kamers waren iets minder schoon. Er lag hier en daar haren, op de overloop, in de douche. In de keuken en woonkamer lagen er kruimels. Dat viel toch erg tegen. Ik heb zelf de bezem moeten pakken om haren en kruimels te vegen.
