The owner, Emilio, is incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. He always answered all our questions within seconds and was genuinely attentive to everything we needed. The staff were also extremely kind, friendly, and always smiling. On our first night, we were welcomed with a delicious traditional Albanian breakfast, which was such a lovely touch. The view from our room was absolutely paradisiacal — waking up to that view was one of the highlights of our stay! 🌊✨ Whenever we needed something, everything was taken care of so quickly. For example, we asked for a parasol, and the lovely cleaning ladies brought it to us within seconds. Emilio even gave us some beautiful souvenirs from Albania, which was such a thoughtful and unforgettable gesture. His son was also incredibly kind. He welcomed us on our first day and recommended one of the best restaurants in Saranda. We truly appreciated his help and kindness. Overall, everything about our stay was wonderful: the hospitality, the kindness, the beautiful view, and the little thoughtful touches that made us feel so welcome. We would absolutely recommend this place with our eyes closed! Thank you so much, Emilio, and thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. ❤️🇦🇱

The host Emilio is super friendly and accommodating, he reached me out in advance for early check-in, he also secured a 2 days private parking for my rental car, he was quick to respond to my messages and always helpful, his son Ray helped me with check-in, the room was clean, comfortable and exactly on the beach 😎 the pictures are 100% matched with reality, the view is astonishing, the sound of the sea waves from the balcony is charming and relaxing, the walking pedestrian is just under my balcony, with sea view, ships, palms.... It is a paradise 😍🌴🌊 Emilio has offered me a free traditional Albanian breakfast 😋 as a generosity. The two house keepers ladies had welcomed me as they knew me very well before, with true kindness and respect. All of this made my experience like I'm in my home and among my loved ones. Definitely will stay again during my next visit to Sarandë and I will recommend it to my friends.

Waterfront location close to everything you need.

Close to bars which were noisy until midnight.

Aircon strong enough to make you pack a ski suit in the Albanian summer. I wouldn’t come back to sarande if I couldn’t stay here again. The owner arranged parking for us, was super friendly and responsive. Loved this and can’t recommend enough.
