Location is great.

Theere was a kettle outside the room in the corridor to make yourself tea. There was water in it that looked like it had been thee for weeks!

We stayed for 2 nights in this historic wooden hotel directly at the pedestrian area, with shops, the beach and the railway station suitably reached by foot. Key boxes made it easy to check-in. At the corridor some dishes and a tea making amenity is offered (the rooms are too small for an own desk to prepare hot drinks inside). At the basement we could use a coffee machine.

Unfortunately the historic house is only inadequately renovated - the bath room has neither windows nor ventilation. This leads to moisture and mould which we found at the shower (attached pictures). The shower drainage was blocked so water emptied only slowly. The whole bath room is very narrow and comes with only one small storage above the small sink, which hinders shaving. The room is so small that between the bed and the wall a person can hardly walk through to the bath room - we mostly just jumped over the bed. Storing luggage is a nightmare. The first night at 1am there was loud chanting from guests still sitting in the (already closed) restaurant garden. The next morning we spoke to the staff and got the bizarre answer: "Well, it's high season." Just after insisting and pointing to their own posters asking guests to be quiet after 10 pm, the staff unwillingly promissed to have an eye on the issue.
