Location is great.
Theere was a kettle outside the room in the corridor to make yourself tea. There was water in it that looked like it had been thee for weeks!

The stay was disappointing. There was a stain on the bed linen, and the bathroom did not seem sufficiently clean. The bathroom itself also felt more like a dormitory-style facility, with exposed pipes.
It is also important to mention that there is a restaurant in the courtyard, where music plays until around midnight. Because of the noise late into the evening, it was very difficult to sleep, so I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.
