Bravo.

It's clean and new
There are 3 rooms which are located up a lot of steps. Steps not a problem for us, but avoid if you have difficulties carrying heavy cases. First night there were Italian workers in one of the rooms. They came back about 11pm, talked loudly until 12pm, then got up at 3:30 am and after more racket left at 4:30. After that our other guests were thankfully quiet and respectful. But there's virtually no sound insulation. Most mediocre breakfast of our trip. Santa Stephano in October is totally boring. Almost nothing open.
