Studio Narcisa

The bathroom looked nice and new, the chairs were comfortable, the wifi was okay, the air conditioning was good. The location was perfect - only 3min by car to the city center or a 20min walk.

There were no rubbish bags in the bins - strange but ok. We only got four small towels - no big towels, sadly. There was one single toilet paper roll in the bathroom - it was enough for us for four days but still, it would’ve been comforting to have had a spare one at least without having to ask for it or buy in a supermarket. The kitchen fan didn’t work - so the smoke was all over the studio when we cooked. The bed was okay although the pillows with “Mr. Right” & “Mrs. Always Right” looked like they haven’t been washed for a while and had yellow stains. The biggest disappointment was the jacuzzi - it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. When we tried it the first time the remainings and skeletons of dead insects were floating in the water, they came out of the pipes of the jacuzzi. Very unpleasant. We had to wash everything out first. After that I wasn’t very eager to use it anymore. Unfortunately, the people who were living above us kept dragging their furnitures around at 07.40am which woke us up a few times. The lady who welcomed us seemed to be in a big rush to show us the studio and leave again. I had the impression that she wasn’t really listening to what I was saying as she wouldn’t show any reactions to what I just said other than just “uhu” but ok. All in all, I would’ve expected more for the money.
