Koksijde Zeedijk La Digue 101 appartement - frontaal zeezicht - adult only

This seafront apartment has stunning views of the beach, is well appointed and decorated. Restaurants, shops, and services are nearby. The owners are very nice, responsive, and helpful, but a bit particular -- see below.

The owners are a bit particular about their apartment. There are many rules to follow (e.g., each drawer and cabinet has a photo showing each item and its proper placement inside). A €250 deposit must be transferred to the owners' account (which was refunded promptly after our stay). Tenants are expected to bring their own kitchen/bath/bedroom linen of the appropriate size, which we found unusual for an apartment of this category. Linen can be provided at an extra charge of €25. In our case, the apartment's private parking was unavailable, so we had to park in a public parking garage a few hundred meters from the apartment (30-min on-site parking to load/unload is possible). If you don't mind these things, you'll likely have a perfect stay.

La situation, proche des commerces, de l'arrêt de tram et vue sur mer. L'ameublement moderne.

On n'entend le bruit du tram de la chambre, le rideau laisse passer la lumière le matin...

Idéalement situé sur la digue, proche des commerces (boulangeries, traiteurs, grandes surfaces...) et des restaurants Vue magnifique pour cet immeuble de coin, impeccablement propre et bien entretenu. Meublé avec goût, cuisine ultra-équipée. On y reviendra car on y a passé un super séjour. Communication très bonne avec les propriétaires, fort disponibles (on n'était pas très doués pour les clés, et on leur a causé un petit souci en partant. Mais tout a été réglé) Merci à eux.
