Location is great, property is located in the centre near everything.
Host was friendly and helpful and communicated promptly whenever any issues arose.
Beds were OK, it’s great that the price included bed linen and towels, which is not the norm in other properties nearby.
Kitchen was well equipped.
Everything was throughout clean.
On the day of arrival we had no hot water, eventually we managed to get it to work, but there was not enough for everyone.
It seems like the boiler had a leak causing the water pressure to drop, although we should mention that the property owner offered to fix it, but that didn’t fix our schedule.

locatie, midden in centrum en niet ver van het strand. Ruim appartement met degelijk materiaal. Een aanrader
Moeilijk trap.
Jammer dat het wat vuil was. De sporen van de vorige huurders waren nog zichtbaar...
Wifi was traag ( probleem in heel Koksijde)

Propreté, facilité et rapidité communication avec l’hôte, draps et essuies fournis, eau bien chaude, chauffage de l’appartement, grand placard dans l’entrée (pour vestes, chaussures et matériel de plage), grand rangement dans les chambres, télévision dans chaque chambre + living, emplacement idéal au calme mais proche de tout, bel espace (pas l’un sur l’autre par mauvais temps et qu’il faut rester dans l’appartement)
Vaisselles très dépareillées (1 seul bol à céréales, pas 4 verres identiques, vaisselle ébréchée), frigo surgèle les légumes, aucune indication sur fonctionnement des électroménagers ni sur comment gérer les poubelles, escalier très étroit avec marches courtes (dangereux avec petits enfants), pas de pile dans télécommande d’une chambre et piles mortes dans l’autre chambre, mobilier dans la cuisine et la salle de bain devient vieillot avec l’ornement qui se décolle, impossible de prendre une douche sans mettre de l’eau partout.
