Lovely owner, lovely welcoming touches like good bottle of bubbly, milk, French butter etc. proximity to centre of salcombe as good as u ll get, and it has off street parking! Lovely views from window - apartment is on 2 nd floor.
Garden actually quite separate from house so in fact didn’t use it. Hot water system odd and needs boosting daily - then still not really enough hot water for showers for 3! Bear in mind that salcombe is very hilly - takes half an hour of good pace to walk into town - down and uphill! Furniture, beds, everything just enough for 4…tiny tv and 1 2seater sofa only! Because of all this not good value for money.
