Lovely

Mirela who hosted us was very warm and welcoming. The location was perfect as it was around the corner from everything you’d need. The room was lovely and everything was just easy from start to finish.

Just a few of flights of stairs to climb that some people might struggle with large luggage, but nothing to fault on the apartment or host.

Very good location - close to everything

The location is super close to the main promenade of Sarande - walking distance to all the shops and the beaches and also any boat tours that you might book. The host was super friendly and accommodating - and brought in fresh towels daily.

Although the property was marked having airconditioning - only one of the rooms had it. So we had to move the mattress to the other room and plop it on the floor as there was no fan available for the other room and it was too hot. Although towels were provided, the rooms were not cleaned - 2 girls with long hair was a mess - but there were brooms available. There is a bit of a mosquito problem inside as well, so bring your spray. If you are on the first or second floor, there are no lifts available.

Centrally located apartment close to the water

For us the washing machine and good sized fridge/freezer were a godsend! The location is close to the waterfront and numerous restaurants. The host was helpful.

An initial lack of kitchen equipment, crockery, etc was disappointing for us but host dealt with it. Being city centre location there is traffic noise. One night a generator on an adjoining property was noisy overnight.

Amazing stay highly recommend

Property was situated in a nice location, Could easily walk around the boulevard. Niko our Host was extremely helpful throughout the stay and kind. Rooms were clean and modern, view from the balcony was really nice. Would definitely recommend staying here, we even extended our stay because of the positive experience with the host and the city.

Good to note that the hotel room does not have Slippers or a bin in the bedroom. So you will need to take just a 2min walk to the local disposal. There was not a towel rack or toilet roll holder in the bathroom which could sometimes be slightly inconvenient, but the hotel is constantly being upkeep so hopefully this may change in the future.

Location is very good, apartment was large. Good value overall. Host was very quick to respond for directions on booking.com

No kettle, no shower gel, only 1 toilet roll given, no detergent for washing machine (only 1 cap given when we asked but we wanted to do more than one wash). Towels were given but only on request. Ants were all over the room from the day we arrived so a deep clean of the place is required. A few easy fixes here can make this apartment much better.

Niko and his mother are great hosts! They helped us with every question or request. The apartment is located near the seafront and good supermarket and it's in a quiet area. I would say this accommodation isn't good enough for long staying, but spending a few nights is a good option.

As we stayed in early January, it was a bit cold in the apartment. The air conditioner wasn't powerful enough to heat the rooms, but Niko provided us with a heater
