Der Vermieter hat alle Missstände sofort behoben: Wasser lief im Bad nicht ab- konnte er lösen, Wasser wurde nicht warm- hat er gezeigt wo der Boiler anzustellen ist, die Überschwemmung im Bad hat er unverzüglich behoben und einem Handtuchwechsel zugestimmt. Als das W-LAN nicht die volle Leistung brachte, hat er eine Einstellung geändert, die es dann verbesserte.
Keine Gebrauchsanleitung für den Fernseher und für die Wassererwärmung. Mit dem dünnen Laken als Zudecke war es etwas kühl. Eine Grundausstattung an Pfeffer und Öl und mehrerer Rollen Toilettenpapier wäre schön. Mückengitter vor den Fenstern wären super. 50 Euro für die Zimmerreinigung extra finde ich übertrieben.

Sicuramente la posizione! Vicino al centro commerciale con supermercato Conad, sportello ATM, farmacia ecc.
Piazza centrale a 7 minuti a piedi
La stanza piccolina e andrebbe anche bene, ma senza mensole o punti di appoggio! Il bagno spesso durante la notte maleodorante è sprovvisto di una qualsiasi mensola. Parco giochi adiacente almeno alla nostra stanza per cui confusione di ragazzi (non bambini) fino a notte fonda.
Per quanto tolleranti con i bambini, un po’ meno con la maleducazione dei ragazzi che urlavano fino a mezzanotte inoltrata!

Ottima posizione comoda per il centro, parcheggio privato, balcone .Stanza ordinata e attrezzata come da descrizione. Vicino alla Conad ( si arriva a piedi). Una buona soluzione in posizione tranquilla.
