We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with everything. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the excellent service. The location was also perfect for exploring Naples, and we would definitely stay here again.
We have nothing to complain about everything was great.

The breakfast was simple but okay. Based on reviews from other guests, we knew that the breakfast would not be replenished. So we were always there early (before 8:30). The owners helped us incredibly well with questions about where to eat, calling a taxi, etc. They always responded quickly and in clear English.
Unfortunately, we did not have a room with a balcony. Only a small window with bars behind it. (Room 4). We hadn't gathered that from the photos. This was a little disappointed.
