Amazing location just a few blocks from the heart of Kings Beach. Easy access to Safeway and beaches. Plus is that all three rooms are master bedrooms. Having a hot tub was great after a long bike ride, kayak or paddleboard. Hosts were amazingly responsive when we had a question or two.One small thing – it would be great if there was a hairdryer in the unit. :-)

This was a perfect place for a friends weekend getaway. The property is amazing, conveniently located, and the house had everything we needed and more. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

This condo is incredibly well-appointed and functional. The proximity to activities in King's Beach and recreation in North Tahoe was perfect for our family of five with three adult children. The easy lake access for paddle boarding/kayaking and walking distance to restaurants was ideal. We enjoyed our week immensely in this comfortable home!

clean and a great location. unfortunately the main reason we chose this over others was the on site pool and jacuzzi (to warm the grand kids up after the beach) and neither were heated at all. owner said they were not aware the heater was not working, but said the kids could use the jacuzzi any way...cold kids in a cold pool???owner should be aware if any things advertised are not in working order and let renters know
