This sunny beautiful home on a quiet street sits high in the trees and is less than a mile from the beach and Safeway and 10 minutes from Northstar. Don't get caught in the ski traffic to Northstar from Truckee while being just a two minute drive to the lake, restaurants and stores.

The open floorplan is great for entertaining and has a large five burner cooktop island and four barstools. Second bar table with seating for four more. The large dining table seats eight. The kitchen has all KitchenAid Black Stainless appliances, granite counters and all the spices and cooking supplies you could need.

There's a 65" Sony in the living area with YouTube TV and sound bar. Plenty of comfortable seating on two sectionals with blankets and a huge river rock wood burning fireplace. Firewood is supplied. Two of the bathrooms have bathtubs and showers and they all have bidet toilets.

There's a king bed in the primary with a 55" TV. King room and queen bedroom in the downstairs and a bunk room (4 twin beds). All rooms have RL cotton bedding and RH bedding in bunk room). Also downstairs is a large room with sofas and a pool table, 46" TV, elliptical trainer and outside access to the Hotspring Grandee hot tub. The back steps have heat pads for easy tub access.

There's a level back yard with a sled hill in back for kids and dogs to play in the snow or on the grass. Driveway space for 2 vehicles. The deck has a BBQ, A trail at the end of the cul-de-sac winds through the woods to the North Tahoe State park (almost 2 miles) that has frisbee golf, sports fields and tennis courts. We also have an assortment of sleds.

It's a quick 10 minute drive to Northstar with less traffic than if coming in from the Truckee side. Diamond Peak is about 20 minutes away and it's usually less crowded than other resorts.
