the rooms are nice and tidy, clean, minimalistic furnished and engough for a one night stay. Private parking and wi-fi is also a nice thing to have whilst there. They offer a kitchen for everyone staying there that can use it and a coffee machine and you can enjoy your morning coffee in the yard.

The whole place looks new. It was clean.
The "+" room has no windows to open except the one in the bathroom but that's a rather small one. There is no AC. The only way to let some air in is to open the door....
