Its in a good location as a late stop before heading into the Smokey Mountains. The receptionist was friendly and attentive - 24/7 reception and easy to check in. Clean room with TV. Coffee supplied and free parking outside the room. Cheap and could be great value without the smoke smell.
The room smelt so bad - everything clean and tidy but they clearly have an issue with people smoking in the rooms. I smoke occasionally OUTSIDE and the receptionist asked me 4 times on check don't smoke in gthe room (which is why i think they have an issue with it) I would never smoke in the room but the remedy for the smell is a deep clean NOT CAR AIR FRESHENERS - they made the smell so much worse!! I recommend getting smoke detectors or even pretend detectors to deter people from smoking - and upgrading your air freshener to opening some windows and an air wick - Please not car air fresheners! I appreciate it's not easy when people ignore your request.
