The staff was very friendly, they accommodated us several times and tried to do everything possible to make our stay at the hotel comfortable.

Supero mis expectativas, estaba todo limpio. Tenía un poco de temor por no poder aparcar pero la verdad que es una zona tranquila y puedes encontrar aparcamiento. Por otro lado tuvimos un percance con una silla de la que casi me caigo porque se despegó, pero hablé con ellos y nos las cambiaron todas y resolvieron mis dudas en todo momento
Lo que menos nos gustó es que había un apartado en el techo que hacía mucho ruido y no pudimos descansar bien

We were very satisfied with the staff, equipment + cleanliness of the room, quiet location. There are 2 large shops nearby open (except Sunday) 9-21:30. This was very important for us. During our stay, the air conditioning stopped working. We were offered 2 forms of compensation. Discount / free cancellation - we used the discount and the money was in our account before we left. We appreciate the very professional communication and fair dealing.
The city transport (Metro) does not come to the place so often and the last connection could be later. (Compared to transport in Prague)
