Beautiful apartment in a quiet location
The property had excellent facilities, comfy beds and sofa, well stocked kitchen, perfect for up to 6 people. Communication before and during the trip was first class. The wrap around balcony would be a very nice feature in warm weather. Ski storage was perfect, large boot dryer and plenty of space for skis.
For skiing a car is required as nearest ski bus stop was a good 10 minute walk. Car park available but not well cleared of ice and snow, this was unusual in our experience of staying in property in Austria.

Appertement is nieuw, alles werkt, en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. 2 badkamers, een ruime keuken, en voldoende parkeerruimte. Het contact met host Ben verliep heel goed, hij is heel behulpzaam. Met de auto ben je binnen een kwartier bij de skilift in Bramberg, of binnen 5 minuten bij de skilift naar Kitzbühel.
Filter koffie apparaat is een beetje ouderwets, een Nespresso of Dulcegusto zou beter bij het geheel passen.

Prachtig en schoon huis met mooie omgeving.
De locatie was prachtig, een mooi uitzicht en dicht bij de lift. Het huis was ontzettend schoon en overtrof onze verwachtingen. Ben was zeer betrokken, gaf duidelijke instructies en goede tips. Ik zou het verblijf zeker aanraden!

Toller Gastgeber, war immer ansprechbar und hat sich immer gleich gekümmert. Wanderungen konnten direkt von der Wohnung aus unternommen werden.
