-Equipment was new, clean and tidy -Very nice location for hiking (and especially for emerald seeking) -Easily accessible separate collection of waste -Parking space was available every day

-We got wrong password number for a key locker, so our key locker was empty. It took more than three hours and many telephone calls before it was fixed. It was not a good start of our vacation, after a long journey when we wanted just to get shower and go to bed. This was caused by a small mistake in password in instructing e-mail what may happen anytime and what can potentially be fixed in no time if there is on-call or on-site human presence. However, particularly frustrating was that both supplied telephone numbers had answering machine on (despite proclaimed 24 hours on-call service). We were even thinking about going elsewhere and asking Booking.com for refund of money. When we finally moved to the room, we had to move again after few minutes because it was not the correct room either. The third room was finally the right one, with envelope with our name waiting for us, with a letter demanding 30 EURO extra that were not paid through booking.com. No more comment on this. -WiFi was unstable and slow. I had to restart it every day to get it running. -Bakery over the street is convenient. However, it has cons: few minutes after 5 a.m., drivers stop their trucks there with motor running, so it is better to close your window, despite the heat inside. -Design of kitchen is unlucky. The working space is small and chef can be hit by door. -Mattresses are too soft.

Perfect apartment - modern design, clean, comfortable to latest standard. Dogs welcome !

New apartment - good facilities. Nicely located in small village. All clean and comfortable. The fact that the dog was welcome in this nice and new apartment - we tried to keep it that way !

We haven't met the host...not the personal touch that we normally receive in Austria. Would have appreciated a short meet & greet on day of arrival. That is they only minor dissapointment - all the rest was perfect.

Our type of Living

Nice modern facilities. Clean and bright with very good underfloor heating. Lovely bakery opposite with its little cafe. Nice restaurant next door 5 minutes from Kitzbuel ski lift

The advert gave the Impression that the sauna was in the apartment itself. It was however a communal sauna in the basement. Perhaps the bed linen could be refreshed with some decent quilts and pillows.

Very good

Overall a well maintained facility with most items present. Hollersbach is a dull village with no bars and 1 restaurant. However, distance to the skiing area and main lift/gondel is max 5 min drive with very easy parking compared to other areas. And within 10 min. you're in Mittersil, a larger town with many bars and grocery stores.

Rooms were on the small side. Tiny living room, especially for a six person appartement. Door of one bedroom could not open properly because of the bed.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wahrscheinlich auch wieder kommen :)!

Schönes Feeling im Appartment, Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet. Die Fußbodenheizung ist toll. Appartment war auch sehr sauber und ruhig. Schlüsselübergabe hat absolut problemlos geklappt. Dass wir ein paar Stunden später als 9 Uhr auschecken wollten, wurde nach kurzer Rücksprache auch möglich gemacht. Top Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, vielen Dank dafür :)!

Die ebenerdige Dusche im Hauptschlafzimmer läuft relativ schnell über und dann in den Badezimmerbereich und theoretisch dann auch in den Schlafzimmerbereich. Lässt sich mit Handtüchtern und bedachtem Duschen noch handeln aber ist etwas nervig. Eine Toilette bei 3. Schlafräumen (+ Couch im Wohnzimmer) etwas knapp; zudem ist die Toilettentür im Wohnzimmer, sodass die schlafenden Personen auf der Couch jeden Toilettenbesuch der anderen mitbekommen. Ist kein Weltuntergang aber sollte man in bestimmten Konstellationen bedenken.

الاطلاله وجود مصعد كهربائي والسرداب غسالة ملابس ونشافه للسلة 5 يورو مع وجود الصابون

الشقة واسعه 3 غرف وحمامين دش وحمام مرحاض لكن الإضاءة بالصاله جدا جدا ضعيفه لاتستطيع الرؤيه والغرفه الماستر فيها حمام دش ومغسله لكن بدون باب🙈!!! ويوجد حمام واحد لستة اشخاص المفروض مع الحمام الثالث وضع مرحاض

Jó helyen van a szállás és az ágyak is kényelmesek. Nagy zuhanyzó. Pékség az utca túloldalán. Étterem a szomszédban. Rengeteg kirándulási lehetőség.

A nagy hőség miatt kicsit hiányzott a klíma. Így amikor nyitva hagytuk az ablakot éjszakára bejöttek a legyek. Nekünk egy szúnyogháló is megfelelő lett volna.

Tolles Appartment zum fairen Preis mit richtig netten Gastgebern

Super nette & hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Das App war schon am frühen Vormittag bei Ankunft fertig und wir konnten es direkt beziehen - sehr praktisch für einen schnellen Start auf die Piste. Die Sauna war prima. Top Preis-/Leistung.

Anbindung ans Skigebiet - nur zwei Skibusse morgens/abends (und einer davon hat uns schlicht versetzt); nahezu keine Gastronomie am Ort - das einzige Restaurant im benachbarten Hotel war leider eine 100%ige Service-Katastrophe.
