Čistoča, tako kuhinje kot vsega ostalega, stare kuhinjske deske, manjkajoče "žarnice" v lučeh, uporabljen peki papir je bil še v pečici, lastnik je vmes 1x zmotil bivanje z vstopom, star nedelujoč vgradni hladilnik je še v kuhinji, neprimerna postelja, prašna odeja
