Brand new apartment "Z" with swimming pool by EL-PI Tours

Amazing apartment! Everything was clean and comfortable, new furniture and it looked stylish as well. There were all necessities for a comfortable stay: towels, beach towels, beach lounges, mixer, grill, etc. There also was air conditioning in every room, which was very helpful in summer heat. It also works pretty quiet, so you can leave it during the night. We also had our own parking spot. The location is very good as well. The beaches next to the apartment are only 3-5 min away by foot and have no sharp rocks, which was perfect for the kids.

We stayed for 10 nights and it would be really nice if there was a cleaning in the middle of it. Or, at least, if there was a vacuum cleaner so we could have cleaned up ourselves a bit. There was a towel change on day 5, but our bedsheets were not changed. For a longer stay it does get a bit uncomfortable at the end of the vacation. Also, the tiles next to the outside table was broken and moved a lot. It was fine for us since we just moved the table to the side but this would have been an issue for guests with small children.

We stayed in this apartment for 12 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The biggest highlight was definitely the private swimming pool. It was a great feature, although having it heated would make a huge difference, especially on cooler days. During colder weather, the water temperature was around 25–26°C, while on warmer days it reached a comfortable 29–30°C. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. We do have a few suggestions for improvement: A pool skimmer/net for removing leaves and other debris from the pool would be very useful. There were only four sun loungers available, even though the apartment was booked for six guests. Bedding was prepared for only four people upon arrival. This was resolved promptly after we informed the host on the day of arrival. We understand that the cleaning staff may not always know how many guests will actually stay, but it would be helpful if the extra bedding was already available in a wardrobe. The circuit breaker frequently tripped when the oven and the cooktop were used at the same time, which was inconvenient. We would also recommend adding some shading to the terrace. From around 4:00 PM onwards, the sun shines directly onto the seating area, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space. It appears that the electrical preparation for an awning or similar shading solution has already been installed but never completed. Besides providing shade, it would also improve privacy, as the terrace is only about two meters from the access path used by guests staying in the other apartments. Our biggest disappointment was the sound insulation in Apartment No. 1 with the private pool. We are not sure whether this was mainly due to inconsiderate guests staying above us, but during the last few days we constantly heard loud footsteps and children running around both inside the apartment and on the balcony.
