Lovely stay near the lake.

Last minute booking, very pleased with outcome. Lady who booked us in was so helpful. Found us a parking space and got a member of staff to carry our bags to our room. Very grateful as we had had a terrible journey. Lovely buffet breakfast, good choice and plentiful. Just a short walk to the lake with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was excellent. The location is great for the lake activities and for restaurants. However, the main thing we liked is Astoria is family run, not corporate at all, it is very friendly/relaxed/down to earth, great for dogs and a little like the way things used to be (long may they remain so).

What might say the internet. But, I think a week with not so much internet is also a blessing. Hence, I cannot really think of any critical issues.

Great choice for money

Great modern room with airco. Close to beautifull town. Nice beach near the hotel. There are sunbets from hotel that you can use and take to the beach.

The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and always very kind and helpful. We had a dog and he was treated with kindness, we did not need to pay any extra fee. The breakfast was superb, great italian specialities. We felt like being guested in a family house, which made us really comfortable and safe. The hotel itself has it's age what is visible but is being kept in great condition and everything was super clean. The location is perfect just 2 mins walk from the lake and beach, and there's a dog park nearby. We'd come back again and recommend especially for travelers with a pet. Thank you for everything.

Superb

The lady at the reception was amazing, very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was super. Room nice and clean and with spacious balcony.

When we arrived parking garage was full so there was some churn but within 10min they re-arranged some cars and freed a spot + parked our car. This isnt really property -related, but the nearby beach isnt great - rather small and with bigger stones making it hard to get in/out, but with nice views on the mountains on the other side of the lake.

Very nice

Room was very clean and new. There was air-condition. Very clean shower too, a small balcony. Beach is in 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was very nice too.

Fantastic

Breakfast was a great buffet selection, eaten outside. Room was great location just cross the road to the free public beach, they provided sun loungers at the hotel that you could carry with you. Parking great and easy, let us stay the day after til the afternoon. Room good, comfortable, nice to have a balcony which you could see the lake from. Air con was decent.

Only one downside was blackspot mould on the shower seal which could have been cleaned with some bleach. Other than that perfect.

Sehr gutes, familiäres Hotel!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich aufmerksame Personal, man fühlt sich hier wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet viel Auswahl. Auch das Abendessen (Tagesmenü liegt morgens aus und man kann sich dann für den jeweiligen Abend anmelden) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe - Liegen und sogar SUPs können ohne Aufpreis vom Hotel mit an den Strand genommen werden. Einen für dieses Preissegment überraschend gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum gibt es auch. Man merkt, dass das Astoria aus gutem Grund viele Stammgäste hat.

Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig.

Goede locatie, geweldig verblijf.

Het ontbijt was fantastisch. De zussen zijn geweldig doen alles om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken. Altijd met een glimlach! We hadden een eenvoudige kamer, een iets luxere was helaas niet vrij, achteraf was het geen probleem.

Mieliśmy przyjemność z mężem spędzić wakacje w hotelu Astoria. Muszę przyznać, że był to jeden z najlepszych wyborów! Hotel prowadzony jest przez dwie cudowne siostry – pełne serdeczności i zawsze gotowe do pomocy, dzięki czemu atmosfera była niezwykle rodzinna i przyjazna. Ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja przy pięknej plaży z widokiem na góry. Do dyspozycji gości był również podziemny garaż, co jest dużym udogodnieniem w tej okolicy. Śniadania były pyszne, pokoje bardzo czyste, Całość dopełniała ciepła i gościnna atmosfera, która sprawiała, że człowiek czuł się jak u siebie w domu. Z całego serca polecam to miejsce 🩷

Erstklassiges Hotel zu fairen Preis.

Ein absolut sauberes und modernes, renoviertes Zimmer. Ein tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr gutem Kaffee. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt ca 100m vom Strand entfernt.

Gar nichts. Für 2 Sterne war das Hotel geradezu phänomenal.

Der Ort zusammen mit dem Hotel ist die perfekte Kombination!

Super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tierfreundlich (wir hatten 2 Hunde dabei). Strandliegen inkl. Schirm werden kostenfrei gestellt - müssen aber rüber getragen werden (ca 100m). Parken ist kostenfrei in einer ebenerdigen Garage. Ausreichende Frühstücksauswahl (für jeden etwas dabei + jeden Morgen die Nachfrage wie wir unser Frühstücksei gerne hätten). Verständigung auf deutsch möglich. Alles in einem ein top Hotel und meiner Meinung nach mehr wie 2 Sterne wert. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!!👍🏼

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Schön wäre lediglich ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer aber das ist kein Negativpunkt😉

Einmaliger Urlaub im Astoria

Ein tolles Hotel, vom Zimmer bis zum Essen alles perfekt. Ganz liebe Familie, die das Hotel führt. Sogar Einparkhilfe vom Mann des Hauses ,einmalig toll. Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich .Das Frühstück supergut . Alles was das Herz begehrt. Abendessen 5 Gänge Menü ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Katzensprung zum See, wenige Minuten zum Zentrum. Supermarkt wenige Minuten entfernt. Hundesauslauf umzäunt gegenüber. Kostenlose Liegen und Sonnenschirme im Hotel verfügbar. Danke Sara und Sabrina für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. 🥰

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub bei Sara im Hotel Astoria. Gerne wieder.

Charmantes von Sara sehr persönlich geführtes kleines Hotel. Sehr gute Lage, 2 Minuten zum Strand, 5 Minuten in die wunderschöne Altstadt von Torri del Benaco. Es gibt Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme zum Ausleihen. Sehr gutes Frühstück auf einer mit Zitronenbäumchen umrankten Terasse. Super freundliches Personal, das einem alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer im 2. Stock mit Seeblick und einem schönen neuen Badezimmer. Man kann auch dort zu Abend essen, allerdings nicht a la carte sondern im Rahmen eines angebotenen Menues. Nicht zu vergessen die private Parkgarage, die am Gardasee Gold wert ist.

Wir werden das grandiose Hotel Astoria wieder besuchen und jedem weiterempfehlen:-)

Wir waren mit der Wahl des Hotels ausserordentlich zufrieden. Es wird von einer ganz großartigen Familie geführt. Zwei Schwestern mit ihrem tollen Team, die alle sehr freundlich sind. Sarah spricht perfekt Deutsch und gibt für alles gerne Auskunft. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer perfekt und alle vom Team super freundlich und sympathisch. Bei sehr hohen Temperaturen hat sich das Personal auch um die Kühlung des Zimmers gekümmert, als wir es vergasen. Die Lage ist auch perfekt - gleich über die Straße ist der Strand und man bekommt im Hotel gratis Sonnenschirm & Liege zum ausborgen - super Service ;-) Der Weg in die Altstadt führt entlang des Sees und ist für sich schon ein Erlebnis und zugleich sehr kurz - ca. 10 Minuten - einfach alles perfekt. Wir waren zum ersten mal am Gardasee und haben uns in den besonderen Ort Torri del Benaco vom ersten Moment an verliebt. Nicht nur vom Ambiente her auch als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge in den nördlichen, südlichen und dank der einzigen Autofähre auch westlichen Teil des Sees. Nach Verona ist es auch nur knapp 50 Minuten - Lage einfach ideal für diverse Unternehmungen inklusive Wanderung auf den bekannten Monte Baldo. Vom Hotel werden zwei verschiedene Kategorien an Zimmer angeboten - also auch für das kleinere Budget. Ganz besonders nett war es auch den lieben Familienhund Paride kennenzulernen. Sehr genossen haben wir außerdem, dass wir jeden Tag zum Frühstück auf der Terrasse sein konnten.

Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng und selten kann es passieren, das sie voll ist. Zu hohe Autos können vermutlich nicht einfahren - bitte nachfragen.

super lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadania, super atmosfera i personel, pokoje sprzątane codziennie wraz z wymianą ręczników, wymiana pościeli co kilka dni, lezaki i parasole słoneczne dla dostępne gości hotelu, parking podziemny na miejscu. pozdrawiam panie właścicielki, pomimo braku znajomości przez nas języka dogadywalismy sie świetnie dzięki ich wspaniałemu podejściu.

jedyna rzecz, której nam brakowało do pełni szczęścia to brak chociażby malutkiej lodówki w pokoju.

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis mit freundlichem Personal. Mehr braucht man am Gardasee nicht.

Sehr sauberes Hotel das auch einen gewissen Charme hat; gerade weil es ein wenig älter ist. Zimmer und Hotel selbst sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße, das muss man wollen/ akzeptieren. Nachts war es allerdings ruhig. Sarah vom Hotel hatte uns viel erzählt und viele Tipps für unseren Urlaub gegeben. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas beengt und man muss beim Einparken schon gut aufpassen. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit großem Balkon zu Straße hin und haben es am frühen Abend mit einem Aperol genossen, die vielen Motorräder und Autos zu beobachten. Auch hat das Hotel eine gute Küche. Man kann auch sehr gut mal dort zu Abend essen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis

Das Frühstück war gigantisch und man konnte es auf der Terrasse zu sich nehmen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Verschiedene Semmeln, frisches Obst, ausreichend Wurst und Käse, leckere Croissants und und und. Kurzer Fußweg zum See und ins Zentrum. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr höflich und haben immer gegrüßt. Zimmer sehr sauber. Kostenlose Tiefgaragenparkplätze vorhanden. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Nettes charmantes Hotel

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber,Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, zb. frisches Obst, viele Kaffeesorten,Frühstück konnte draussen eingenommen werden, gekühlte Getränke für aufs Zimmer in Selbstbedienung. Kurze Gehdistanz zum Strand und in den Ort. Hund war gratis.

Es war schon recht laut im Hotel, sowohl von der Uferstrasse her, als auch im Hotel selbst, extrem hellhörig,die Zimmertüren sind einfach zu dünn,man hatte das Gefühl ,Leute die auf den Fluren sind, befänden sich direkt neben unseren Bett.Dickere Türen würden da Abhilfe schaffen. Tiefgarage extrem eng.

Torri del Benaco è una delle nostre mete preferite ma stavolta resa ancora più interessante per la qualità dell'Hotel Astoria una struttura molto ben organizzata e funzionale caratterizzata da pulizia e ordine oltre che dagli spazi ben ottimizzati. A due passi dalla spiaggetta, offre attrezzatura per prendere il sole e rilassarsi e un parcheggio dove lasciare l'auto e dimenticarsene. Favolosa la camera molto pulita recentemente ristrutturata con il bagno che comprende la doccia molto grande e tutto il necessario compreso un balcone con tavolino. Favolosa la prima colazione e molto cordiale e gentile la proprietaria che ci ha accolti e tutto lo staff.

jeder Zeit wieder für einen Zwischenstopp

wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht im Hotel. das Zimmer war sauber, hell und modern eingerichtet. es gibt einen kleinen möblierten Balkon. Das Frühstück war wirklich super. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, frisch zubereitete Eier nach Wunsch, umfangreiches Wurstsortiment, Käse und natürlich Obst, Gemüse, Käse, Müsli und Kuchen. und das alles im Freien neben einem Zitronenbäumchen. Urlaub pur.

Im Bad ist es etwas beengt und das Waschbecken ist wirklich klein. Nachts stört die Klimaanlage des Nachbarn, wenn man bei offener Tür schläft. in der Tiefgarage sind die Parkplätze recht eng. was mich aber im nachhinein ärgert, die Dame an der Rezeption gibt uns 2 Flaschen Wasser, wir sollten damit die Zähne putzen und das Leitungswasser nicht trinken. es wäre was mit der Wasserleitung nicht in Ordnung. Am nächsten Tag lese ich im Internet die Sache mit dem Norovirus...
