About this house rental
Unique bungalow designed for vacation stays (children over 10 years old). We’d appreciate it if you could include a brief note about yourselves when booking (reason for your stay, group/family composition, etc.)
Groups of young people are not permitted. Parties are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
Located in the town of BOUILLANTE, just a stone’s throw from the sea and a 10-minute drive from Malendure Beach and the Cousteau Reserve. Situated in the central-western part of Basse-Terre, this location is the ideal starting point for activities and sightseeing.
We offer these very charming, detached bungalows, each accommodating 2 to 4 people, on a quiet, tree-lined property bordered by a river (with direct access at the back of the garden to a natural pool on the Bourceau River) and featuring:
- Two identical bedrooms with window screens and AIR CONDITIONING.
- Please note that the bungalows are not suitable for young children, as the bedrooms open onto the garden on both sides (access to the bathroom).
- A large, well-ventilated southeast-facing terrace with a hammock and dining area.
Outside, there are two garden lounge chairs, a charcoal grill, and garden furniture.
- A well-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace (two-burner stove, refrigerator, mini-oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooler for groceries, and radio/CD/MP3 player).
First breakfast included.
- Private washing machine and dryer provided.
- Hair dryer, ironing board, and iron available upon request.
- Diving masks and fins are available while supplies last.
