Гарно, чисто, є ліфт, щоб підняти важкі сумки. Приємна покоївка, яка заселяла і виселяла. Балкончик
Доволі шумно, чутно залізницю і одразу навпроти вікон гудуть кондиціонери сусідньої будівлі клініки. Оскільки немає кондиціонера, то доводиться відкривати вікна. Тому або шумно, або жарко.

Був форс-мажор з помешканням, але замінили на інший ближче до озера без додаткової плати

Дуже зручне і охайне помешкання. Особливо добре мені підійшло у діловій поїздці. Окреме додаткове Дякую за наявність письмового стола, наче проста річ але мало хто ставить, а у відрядженні часто буває потреба 2-3 годинки комфортно попрацювати за ноутбуком, тож люто плюсую!
