Розміщення дуже зручне у самому центрі міста, все близько (залізничний вокзал, озеро, парки, магазини). Цікавий інтерʼєр. Нам потрібна була плита для готування— господарі любʼязно все надали
Трохи шумно від дороги, погано стікала вода у ванній (чоловіку довелося користуватися вантусом, але він там був))

Місцезнаходження, заселення, комфорт.
Не вистачає маленької електроплити, але це зовсім не критично, якщо залишатись на невеликий термін.

Не перший раз в цьому помешканні. Чудове місцерозташування.
Перший раз виникла ситуація, що не могли виїхати машиною з двору - був закритий шлагбаум. Власники не змогли допомогти. Довелося чекати поки хтось з сусідів не відкриє цей шлагбаум. Машину краще ставити не у дворі, а на вул. Старий ринок. Не завадило б трохи "освіжити" ремонт, особливо в санвузлі.
