Villa Tres Palmeras en Alfaz del Pi , Albir, Benidorm

Amazing place, you have everything for a perfect stay in this luxury villa. Your host thought about literally everything for you. You can just relax and enjoy the pool, the terrace and the quiet area. The pool is a real pool, huge and with all you need, shower, pool games, jaccuzi ! The house is so clean, and comfortable, you enjoy the life of a millionaire here. The host is very keen and available if you need, but you have a full real privacy here. Neighbourhood is very quiet, close to the supermarket and city center. For cycling, it is a good place to start some rides to coll de rates or porte de tudon. Nice roads.

Irina was the perfect host, she was there to show us around when we arrived, she lives in the lower level of the property but you would never know she was there, she gave us her number if we needed anything, but was very unobtrusive and friendly on the few times we waved to her as she came and left (probably saw her 4 times in 10 days, perfect). The villa is lovely, pool great, easy to get to supermarket and town.

3rd bedroom is definitely for kids. Also on a purely personal note, the beds are small if you are 191cm tall !!!

La casa está en Alfaz de Pi, a pocos minutos en coche del centro de Altea. Cuenta con un supermercado en las inmediaciones. La casa es grande y bien equipada. Estaba súper limpia. Cuenta con una piscina y zona de barbacoa donde poder disfrutar el día entero con la familia ya que el espacio exterior es amplio. También tiene una mesa de pin pon. Además, había champú y gel de cortesía, lo cual se agradece. La cocina estaba bien equipada con todo lo necesario. La anfitriona es amable y simpática. Echamos en falta una cafetera italiana y nos la trajo en un momento.

Es cierto que estaría bien que estuviera mejor mencionado que la anfitriona/propietaria vive en la planta baja de la misma casa, ya que esto puede ser algo decisivo a la hora de elegir la casa, al igual que mencionar que hay un gato que campa a sus anchas que aunque se acerca amablemente también lanza algún zarpazo...y lo creo importante ya sea porque pueden no gustar los animales, o que haya alguien alérgico, etc. No obstante, solo nos cruzamos un par de veces con Irina, la propietaria, cuando salía o entraba y nos saludaba amablemente con una sonrisa deseando un buen día y son muy discretos no se nota que también viven allí. Echamos en falta unas tijeras entre los utensilios de cocina.
