I CANNOT SAY 1 BAD WORD ABOUT THE PLACE EVERYTHING WAS GREAT THE APPT WAS NEW ALL FACILITIES WHAT YOU NEED,10 MINUTES WALK TO THE BEACH RESTAURANTS,BARS,SOUVENIR SHOPS.CANT MISS SAYING THAT THE HOST ZIKOS HELPED US IN ANY QUESTION AND DIRECTION.1 THING TO ADD POLYCHRON IS THE BEST PLACE FOR FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN.

Great combination of price, value, location! Rooms are very spacious, everything is super comfortable and on point. We will definitely return, thank you :) Fotini was also super friendly and even went the extra mile to get us a smaller pillow as I had issues with the bigger ones on sight.

Inadequate quests who were constantly slamming doors, people should get their manners straight lol. Nothing wrong with the property though :)

lack of knifes,forks, plates, toster. There is no place in kitchen to dry washed plates... we didnt like fascade lightning, always shining and interupt privacy.

Amazing first time in Polychrono.

Very good breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is very close to the central street with all the shops and restaurants. Rooms are clean, spacious and overall it is a great value for money.

The view could have been better but given the fact that we were on the first floor, it isn't always possible to have the best view.

The best value for money accomodation in Polichrono

Great rooms, wirh large comfortable beds,new bathroom very clean and samall kitchen well suplied.. I visit Polichrono at least once a year for tha past ten years and this is by far the best accommodation in terms of comfort.

unexpected

Structure completely renovated recently. Our apartment was on the ground floor, with a French window to access the balcony. Even if we didn't use the kitchen, we saw that it has the necessary (crockery and cutlery), a fridge and an induction hob with two "burners". It is possible to eat on the balcony, where there is a table and four chairs. The structure is a few minutes walk from the sea of Polychrono (beach with sand and pebbles) and there is also a private parking. Breakfast is served at the restaurant a few minutes walk away: the buffet is rich, with international and local dishes, it allowed us to taste various Greek recipes that we didn't know. The owners were very kind and allowed us early check-in (obviously it depends on the availability of the apartment I guess) and accommodated our requests... thank you so much for your patience!

Relaxed Weekend at Chalkidiki

Spacious/Clean Big room, exactly as at fotos. Kitchen with all necessary appliances you may need during your stay ! Kind and very helpful personnel. The hotel is situated in a very central spot to explore not only the village of Polychrono, but all the first leg of Chalkidiki peninsula. Hope that we'll return soon at summer time !

Wonderful impressions from the Sumer In hotel

The hotel is really new. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, with a kitchenette. The bed was high and very comfortable. The Daikin air conditioner is very quiet. The terrace is also wide - with a table and 4 comfortable chairs. The bathroom had a window for ventilation, clean and cozy. We are extremely happy with our choice.

Amazing value for money, near the beach (3 min walk) would recommend staying here

The Summer In is an amazing place to stay if you have a group of 3 or less, it has amazing value for money, it has parking clean rooms modern bathroom kitchen and other facilities, they have balconies with chairs for you to chill on and each room had a clothes horse to dry wet clothes, they had clean nice towels and they came in the room to give it a small tidy.

This isnt up to the property owners but the streets were a little tight but that was my only complaint!

Good location, not great cleanliness

The location was perfect. The room was big.

It was definitely not clean enough. The bathroom was not touched during our 1 week stay. There was no mop to clean the bathroom floor and no ventilator either. In the kitchen there was no sponge and washing gel for the dishes.

Avoid this property! Bad value for the money

The only positive thing about this place is that the furniture was totally new.

- No signposts indicating the location of the apartments - The property was not branded at all, name of the property was nowhere written, so we were not sure if we are at the right place... since you can only recognize the property by the outer look... from the pictures on booking - NO Reception... we were trying to figure out for 15 minutes how to actualy check in there... after wandering around one 15 years old girl came and showed us the room - NO elevator!!! We were on the third floor... They helped us with the luggage at the day of the arrival, but on the day we were leaving even if we kindly asked nobody helped us!!! - The sea view 🤣 (look at the pic) there is partialy a sea view for few rooms, but only from the left side of the balcony... - there was no ventilation in the bathroom and therefore the room smelled of dampness (moisture) - additionaly the bathroom door was made of sandblasted glass and did not seal well so the smell of the bathroom spread very easily throughout the room - the room was cleaned every other day - and as the most important factor that is often decisive when rating an accommodation is the unkindness of the staff... who, apart from the fact that we did not saw them at all after our arrival... they were not available for communication even through a Booking message or Viber... they left is on seen 🤣🤣🤣 So proffesional! We kindly asked for 2 things - to help us with reservation of the sunbeds on one near beach and with the luggage on the day we were leaving.. since we were 3 girls, and our room was on the third floor!!! I have never met such an unkind host, and these "small things" are actually what make people come back to some accommodations. I will certainly not return here nor will I recommend it to anyone else. - certainly bad value for the money!
