Great location and a great cottage

Lovely hosts emailed the key lock code to the door before arrival so really easy to let ourselves in. Really gorgeous clean cottage. Beautifully cool in the hallway and bedroom even in 30 plus weather. Great kitchen facilities and comfy sofa bed in the living area. Nice cooling breeze through the top floor when both windows are open. Really quiet Road but brilliantly located for SAU, 5 minute walk to town centre including a Tesco and Sainsbury’s local plus great cafes and bars. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Hosts were great with communication. Many thanks for sharing this property:)

The property was clean & had everything we needed. Its location was perfect near the centre of Stratford.

The bedroom was downstairs and the bathroom upstairs which meant that if the toilet was needed in the night we had to go up/down the )quite) steep stairs.

Perfect location, parking available in the street outside. Teapot Cottage is ideal, it is very clean, has everything you need for a short stay in Stratford upon Avon. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided, which was perfect for a cuppa when you arrive. The bedroom is on the lower level, which was cooler in the current heatwave. There is an ironing board and iron should you need them. There are also games if you don't watch TV. Bed was comfy too. It took us approximately 8-10 minutes to take a pleasant walk to the river from the property, and I have a bad knee. We went on a river cruise, so great location for that. Also walking distance are other lovely public houses and restaurants. The Prosperro Lounge is great for food and decent prices too. The Shakespeare Distillery is about a 10 minute drive from here and well worth a visit.
