The caretaker maintained a polite demeanor and apologized for the oversight that had happened.
We arrived 2-3 hours past our declared check-in time, yet when we arrived, the caretakers did not know that we had booked and paid for our accommodation. We waited until they sorted it out even after I had shown them my booking confirmation.
The caretakers said they weren't made aware of the bookings made online.
There was also water interruption when we stayed. Moreover, if you're a light sleeper, I suggest bringing earplugs as our villa was beside the main road so you would hear all the traffic.

EVERYTHING ABOUT FELICITAS! It's the perfect hidey-hole from the hustle and bustle of the city with your family and friends. Not to mention the most outstanding and accommodating staff they have. There's no reason not to go back and stay much longer. Thank you, Felicitas!
