Great location, very good breakfast, beautiful view from our room, good heating, liked the surroundings

It was quiet and a good central location to explore Umbria. The restaurant was fine for one meal. The pool was very nice.
We couldn't really get out of our car upon arrival because the property's dog came to bark at us. She calmed down eventually, but it was not a pleasant way to start and no one seemed to care. This isn't really a working farm so it's not the agritourismi experience I was looking for. It is a nice property, though. The restaurant was good but not a great menu for vegetarians — only enough for one meal really. Breakfast pastries and coffee were basic. The bed in our apartment was incredibly uncomfortable. I tossed and turned all night due to hot spots on my hips and shoulders from hitting springs. (I'm 83kg, not very heavy.) The property was lit up super bright so you couldn't open windows at night to enjoy the cooling breeze. There were no screens either. So, we were stuck with not very cool air conditioning to sleep in. We came with our dog and there weren't really any hiking areas to explore as I thought there would be.

While rooms were cleaned well every day, shampoo was not provided and required special request every day.
