Beautiful late 70's home with primary bedroom suite and bath, and guest bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Large fenced yard invites you outdoors from enclosed lanai. Adorable combined kitchen and dining room are perfect for gatherings around meals. Bright comfortable living room with contemporary furniture and lighting. Washer and dryer included. Both master suite and guest bedroom have queen beds and the sofa has a queen sized pull out bed.
Indian Beach-Sapphire Shores is a much sought after neighborhood with quiet streets and pretty homes. Here you are walking distance from the Ringling Museum, SRQ airport, Jungle Gardens and two waterfront parks. This location has you minutes from downtown Sarasota, Lido Beach and St. Armand's Circle. Siesta Key Beach, long recognized as the best beach in the country, is less than 30 minutes south by car.

I travel to the area once a year at least to visit family and friends. This property was the perfect location for my needs. Karen the property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and I could not be more appreciative for her communication and willingness to do so! The house was clean and supplied everything I needed for our stay. Thanks again Karen for a truly incredible week!

If you are looking for a lovely, established neighborhood setting with a great location, look no further! House is very comfortable and within walking distance to groceries, RIngling Museum, bayside park, attractions, and Tamiami which has everything! Property manager is kind easy to reach and accommodating!
