The owner of the property was very polite and quickly replied to messages. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The property ad in English doesn’t state that bedsheets and towels are not provided. So I was told the day before the trip that I needed to bring my own or I’d be charged extra. The owner of the property kindly accommodated my request for a lower price to rent bedsheets, covers and towels. However, the quality of the items provided was very low. On top of that, 2 out of 3 rooms had very musty walls which affected both my sisters who have hay fever. The condo has mostly holiday apartments. When we stayed, there was a lot of drunk teenagers messing about, pranking people in the lift and making a lot of noises. To use the heated pool and sauna, you have to book a time and even when you do so, some of the guests from other apartments don’t respect that.
