Passei um final de semana maravilhoso com minha família em Ubatuba, como era nossa primeira experiência, optamos por alugar esse Triplex que era próximo a todos os locais que queriamos conhecer, da pra ir a pé mesmo no Aquario, projeto tamar e as opções de gastronomia a noite são maravilhosas tambem, sobre o AP ele é muito bom, ótimo espaço, utensílios, vaga para dois carros que foi o ponto principal para decidir por ele, poderia ter wifi no AP, do resto ficamos muitos satisfeitos.

Nada como chegar cansado da praia e encontrar um lugar que não difere em conforto da sua própria casa, ou talvez ainda um pouco mais. Assim é o apto. de Dna. Silvia. Não é pé na areia, aliás a praia em frente não é própria para banho, mas dali mesmo saem escunas que, por um preço razoável, nos levaram a ilhas com praias maravilhosas. As outras praias estão ao acesso de carro, com inúmeras escolhas. Localização é ideal para quem gosta da proximidade de bons restaurantes e compras à noite, no centrinho de Ubatuba - tudo isto à distancia de pequena caminhada. Minha família gostou muito desse tempo neste triplex.

Gostaria de registrar meu agradecimento pelo imóvel disponibilizado pela Sra. Mariana, onde passei momentos agradáveis ao lado de minha família. O imóvel possui tudo como descrito e chega ser até melhor que nas fotos. A limpeza é impecável e tudo o que foi combinado foi cumprido. Quem tiver a oportunidade pode fechar o negócio sem medo. Também gostaria de mencionar o Sr. Geraldo muito prestativo.
