Nice location, responsive and flexible host, very clean, good-looking and comfortable spacey place. Fully equipped kitchen, a kettle and all the stuff you may need to cook something. 15-20 minute walk to the old beach, which is a bit dilapidated now and 25 minutes to the new one. A grocery store near the place is a plus.
Probably a bit dump due to the place located on the ground floor, that said during hot summer days it is an advantage.
