Vieta ideali. Parkingas kieme. Be problemų apgyvendinimas, išvykimas. Numeris 2 izoliuotų kambarėlių (miegamasis ir "virtuvėlė"). Pakankamai vietos daiktams (išskyrus vonią - ten nėra kur bet ką pasidėti). 2 aukštas, didelis balkonas, šiaurinė pusė (aktualu vasarą). Gera garso izoliacija tarp numerių.
Nėra kondicionieriaus. Itin skurdi virtuvės įranga, viską gelbėja tik mini šaldytuvas su kamera. Stalai mikro dydžio. Vonios rankšluoščius rekomenduoju pasiimti savo, primygtinai rekomenduoju, kaip ir vonios kosmetiką, kurios nėra, jokios (išskyrus keistai atrodantį ir taip pat kvepiantį skystą rankų muilą). Lova bloga, čiužinys blogas, patalynė bloga (be detalesnių komentarų...).
