Een prachtig huis met alle comfort en zeer netjes. Ook het zwembad was een enorme troef. Communicatie met de verhuurders liep ook prima.

Niet dat het tegenviel maar een auto is echt wel nodig om verplaatsingen te doen want het huis is tegen een helling gelegen. Dit wisten we op voorhand. Te voet is het moeiklijk om winkels ea te bereiken.

The property was easy to find and in a nice quiet area, tastefully decorated, emaculately clean and very comfortable. It was a short drive to the nearer beaches and town and just over a 10 minute drive to El Portet. Restaurants were within walking distance if we didn't fancy drving and facilities in the property were excellent if we fancied eating in.

There wasn't anything not to like about the property or Moraira itself.

A very nice property, split over several floors. Beautifully clean throughout, with lovely bed linen, a properly equipped kitchen, and wonderful hosts who left water, wine and olives for our arrival. I commend the owners for the thought that has gone into ensuring everything was perfect. They clearly care about the guest experience and understand exactly what it takes to get it right.

This is no reflection on the property itself or on our hosts, but noise was an issue for us for much of the week. Unfortunately, there were significant renovations being carried out a few doors down, which made it very difficult to relax. At times, the whole building seemed to vibrate with demolition work. On the other side, a major garden renovation was also taking place at another property, which at points made it almost impossible to have a conversation. At one stage, it was almost reminiscent of the film *Carry On Abroad*. As I say, this was not something the owners could have done anything about, but it did rather scupper our plans to write, rest and properly relax at the property.
