The place is beautiful and situated close to the airport beach and Umhlanga. The place is immaculate and eye catching
The host was rude,
The place had only two sachets of coffee and few satchels of sugar, when I requested he said it’s a self catering apartment and coffee is complimentary therefore I must buy my own coffee
I checked in with my 16 year old daughter and my wife who joined the next day and booked elsewhere could not be allowed inside for an hour visit, this was not communicated prior and was a serious inconvenience as we could not share a meal together
There were no wine glasses and a corkscrew, which should be a standard for a self catering apartment, however, these were provided on request
The built in wardrobe was dirty with visible dust in one of the cubboard
The host can do better to fully maximise this beautiful apartment
