Falling Waters

Everything! The devil is in the detail. Doug & Heather made our stay so comfortable and memorable, I wished I had more downtime there. The property is the perfect mountains get away to disconnect but the best part was Heather’s turndown service in the evenings. I looked forward to a toasty warm bed and room all because she is thoughtful enough to tend to it in our absence. The breakfast was the perfect start to our day with warm pastries and fresh fruit. I cannot compliment Falling Waters enough because it is by far my best stay and it’s all because of the phenomenal hosts. I will definitely return next time to actually enjoy the property and activities available. Thank you Doug & Heather 🙏🏾

There was nothing not to like

Amazing breakfast but would have preferred a lil more. Great coffee, comfy beds and amazing shower.

Perfectly quiet and peaceful. Lovely location, superb views, clean and well appointed rooms with every comfort you could wish for. Great brekkie and lovely little walk to the river, stopping to spend time with the most beautiful girls, the donkeys, Leaf and Munchie, and admire the curious bullocks along the way. We had wonderful chats with our hosts, sharing some laughs and trading stories. The area has a wonderful community. Hoping to find myself in SA again soon where I will certainly be back to visit Falling Waters.

Absolutely nothing.

The hospitality was amazing. The location was pure bliss and the surroundings just put you at peace. Such a warm welcome from the owners and had everything we needed.
