- Il balcone grande: abbiamo messo una piscina per nostro figlio. Si è divertito ogni sera a giocare! - la posizione: 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia Playa de la Misericordia. - appartamento sempre fresco. Comunque c'è il condizionatore. - vista sul parco. - primo piano, raggiungibile con l'ascensore. - posti auto facilmente trovabili intorno al palazzo. Praticamente ogni cosa è stata super 😀 abbiamo passato 10 giorni piacevoli in questo appartamento. Per quanto riguarda il servizio di personale vorrei dire eccezionale. Rispondono subito e danno soluzione per qualsiasi vostra domanda. Poche volte nei miei viaggi ho trovato tale servizio. Grazie!

Baignoire un peu abîmée, mérite un ti coup d'émaille pour être parfait.

Location is great (close to market, hairdressers, pharmacy, beach, restaurants, etc) and staff is very kind.

Property clearly needs some renovation and owners could be more flexible… it feels like they are trying to cut coats on everything. Lots of rust around the bath tub, stains on the wall, panels in the kitchen are coming off, AC automatically turns off after a few hours (you need to wake up and turn it back on at night), and the fridge simply stopped working one night which forced us to throw out all the food we had in it when we woke up. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were very thin, flimsy, and dirty (under the pillow case) We were three guests and they only provided 2 large shower towels (no beach towels), it would have been a 4€ extra charge for another towel. Although the staff was very kind, responsive, and helpful, it is clear there are some limitations at the administrative level that need to be changed. I understand they are running a business but I dont need to be faced with their obvious cost-cutting decisions at every corner of the apartment.
