Our experience was positive overall, comfy bed, clean pillows. The price was good. The room and the balcony a bit smaller than we expected - we had one room with city view, but the one with a small balcony.. In terms of the cleaning services, it was ok, they provided cleaning /bedding each time we requested, and they were prompt in taking action. Even if it was a small room (the one with city view), it had everything we needed. We received new towels every day, coffee and water. We liked that even if we were not based at the other hotel (Blue Marina), we received access to : breakfast, swimming pool (infinity pool) and gym. We liked the food during breakfast, it was fresh and diverse, we also had dinner and I loved the seafood platter. Also good live music at dinner. The bartenders very polite. We also loved the cats of the hotel and the little parrots. The infinity pool is amazing, beautiful view, clean water. The hotel also provided transport to the airport on icomtours at good price + different excursions.
We would recommend a bit more attention to the cleaning part, and we think some renovations inside the rooms could be made.
Also it would be great if you could find a solution for those people who arrive at your location at 7h00 am because of the flights...we had to wait way too much to get our room done (and yes we were aware that the check in time was 2h00pm), but we were really exhausted after a long flight...maybe a "service/urgency room" with one bed, just for them to have a rest until check in? 14h00 pm is a bit too late.

The sea view was amazing and the room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.
There were no major issues, but the breakfast options could be improved slightly.
