    great location, comfortable and clean rooms. The pool on the roof is wonderful with great views.

    One of the absolute rudest check in experience. She said I could not have a guest visit me in my room. She told me to cancel booking and walked away. Of course it was too late to cancel with refund. After making a very reasonable request another desk agent was able to assist with me getting my room (and having a guest briefly visit my room) This is not a typical hotel, yet there was NO REASON for the utterly vile experience I encountered on checking in. Rescued by the alternate check in person.
