The friendly staff, the clean room, comfortable facilities, good location

Nothing big comes to mind. Very good hotel. Few minor things like a lamp not working, needed light bulb change.

Located in the heart of Pocitos in a safe area of Montevideo, good value for money, the staff was the best to accommodate to our particular needs. Also the cleaning ladies were very polite and efficient.

It was in a great location and the apartment was fresh and clean!

Overall, my stay was disappointing mainly due to poor basic standards, especially in the kitchen and facilities. The kitchen was not properly equipped at all. The stove is extremely old and inefficient — it took almost an hour just to cook a simple fried egg. Most of the cookware (pots, pans) is very outdated, some of it rusty, and not even suitable for the type of stove provided. Basic essentials were missing: no salt, no bottled water, no kitchen tissues. Even the toaster had a plug that doesn’t match standard outlets, requiring an adapter (which is not provided). The bathroom is extremely small and poorly designed — it’s not practical to use with all the fixtures inside. Noise is also a major issue. Despite being on the third floor, there is significant outside noise, likely due to poor window insulation.
