Location, location, location! Having a young son obsessed with the beach and swimming in the pool, it was a convenience to have it in the backyard!
Also located not too close nor too far from the boardwalk and close by convenience stores and food!
We did not mind this but reading the reviews beforehand we were a little nervous. People expected a hotel experience more than a property rental. There were minor blemishes but it made it feel more like home and comfortable than a stuffy hotel.
Would have liked a couple more rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags for a family of 5 staying for several days. But we walked across the street to the convenience store and made it work!

No room for parking for more than one car. You can't get 6 people in a vehicle and luggage without a second car.

The location
The maintenance man spent as much time in our room as we did. I didn't like that the room wasn't cleaned. There weren't enough towels and they wanted to charge for extra towels. There was a leak that left a poodle in the kitchen when we arrived, but the maintenance guy couldn't find it. The poodle was on the floor again the next morning and the maintenance guy had to return.The light over the dining table didn't work. Some of the sockets didn't work.
