• Please note: There will be no electricity in the building on Sept 15, 2025, starting between 8–9 AM for up to 6–8 hours due to essential electrical panel replacement. We appreciate your understanding.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: Hosteeva is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: $200.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.

We were very pleased. Would help if tv instructions were somewhere. It was 3 days until we realized the Spectrum was unplugged. Additional trash bags would help also. Biggest issue was building turning off elevators during checkout. I am a 70 year old woman and had to carry my luggage down stairs. Luckily we were on 2 floor, but still difficult for me.
Would stay there again.

Comes as advertized. Check in process was different than normal. Cozy stay for a nice family get away. Only knock on this place are the beds are super firm and can get uncomfrotable

Hotel is geographically in a good area. Parking is pretty simple. Parking garage across the street, can't miss it. The room was perfect for our one night stay. My only issue was the beds. This room has firm mattresses. Didn't get that great of sleep and maybe it was the time of year we stayed (5/6/23). But we were on the 2nd floor and could easily hear people yelling on the strip all night. Combine yelling with the uncomfortable beds.. one night was enough. Besides that, the room is great! Internet is super fast, view is amazing, and all appliances worked.
